1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating a Belongix account or using any part of our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use Belongix.
These terms govern your use of belongix.in and all associated services, courses, certificates, and features.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Belongix
- If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms
- By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete
3. Your Account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account password
- You must not share your account with others or allow others to access your account
- You must notify us immediately at teambelongix@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
4. Free vs Pro Plans
Free Plan
- Browse and preview all 1019 courses at no cost
- Access to Dashboard and basic profile features
Pro Plan (₹499/month)
- Full access to all course content, lessons, and projects
- Verified Belongix certificates on course completion
- Career Score tracking and boosting
- Exclusive learning paths and early access to new courses
- Priority support
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Razorpay. You may cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the billing period. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
Refunds
We offer a 7-day refund on your first Pro subscription if you are not satisfied. Contact us at teambelongix@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. Subsequent billing periods are non-refundable unless required by Indian consumer law.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute Belongix course content, videos, or materials without permission
- Share your Pro account credentials to give others free access
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers on the platform
- Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt Belongix services
- Upload or share illegal, harmful, offensive, or misleading content
- Impersonate Belongix, its team, or other users
- Use Belongix for any unlawful purpose under Indian law
6. Certificates
- Belongix certificates are issued upon completion of all lessons in a course
- Certificates confirm course completion on the Belongix platform — they are not government-accredited qualifications
- We do not guarantee that employers will recognise or value Belongix certificates
- Certificates remain valid as long as your account is active
- We reserve the right to revoke certificates if we find evidence of cheating or fraudulent completion
7. Intellectual Property
All content on Belongix — including course curricula, platform design, logos, and text — is owned by Belongix or licensed from third parties.
Embedded YouTube videos remain the property of their respective creators. Belongix does not claim ownership of third-party video content.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially use any Belongix content without written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Belongix is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- That the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
- That completing courses will result in employment or salary increases
- That all course content is up-to-date with the latest industry standards
We work hard to keep everything accurate and running, but we cannot make absolute guarantees.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Belongix and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email at least 7 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of Belongix after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Termination
You may delete your account at any time via Dashboard → Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice, at our discretion.
Upon termination, your access to Pro features and course progress ends. Your personal data will be deleted within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.
