Terms of Service
1. The service
Belongix provides tools to build, score, target and export resumes, including optional AI-assisted writing. AI output is assistance, not a guarantee of interviews or employment. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of anything you include in a resume, AI-suggested or not.
2. Plans and quotas
Free: 1 resume. Plus (₹199/month): up to 10 new resumes per billing period. Pro (₹499/month): up to 30 new resumes per billing period. Quotas reset when your subscription renews. Existing resumes remain accessible even after you reach your quota for the period — the limit applies to creating new resumes, not editing ones you already have.
3. Billing and Razorpay
Paid plans are recurring monthly subscriptions billed automatically through Razorpay until cancelled. By subscribing you authorize Razorpay to charge your chosen payment method each billing period. Belongix does not store your card, UPI, or bank details — Razorpay handles that directly. 4. Cancellation
You can cancel automatic renewal at any time from Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep paid-plan access and quota until then; you are not charged again after that.
5. Account deletion
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data (profile, resumes, billing history) from Settings. If you have an active paid subscription, cancel it first; deleting your account does not automatically stop a Razorpay subscription that hasn't been cancelled. 6. Acceptable use
Don't use Belongix to create fraudulent credentials, misrepresent your identity or qualifications, or attempt to circumvent resume-creation quotas or AI usage limits.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee employment outcomes, ATS compatibility with every system, or uninterrupted availability. [Have counsel tailor liability limitation language to your jurisdiction — enforceability varies.]
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
