📄 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Belongix ("the platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Belongix.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

👤 Your Account

• You must be 18 years or older to use Belongix
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure
• One person may only have one account
• You must provide accurate information — fake profiles will be removed
• You may not share your account with others

✅ Acceptable Use

You may use Belongix to:

• Build your career profile and apply to jobs
• Ask Bexi AI career questions
• Participate in community discussions
• Book mentor sessions
• Access upskilling courses

You may NOT:

• Post fake job listings or fraudulent content
• Spam other users or the community
• Scrape or copy data from Belongix
• Use Belongix for illegal activities
• Impersonate another person or company
• Attempt to hack, overload, or disrupt the platform

💼 Jobs & Applications

Belongix aggregates job listings from third-party sources (Adzuna, Remotive, Arbeitnow) and curated listings from Indian companies. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or legitimacy of any job posting.

Belongix is not a recruitment agency. We facilitate connections — we do not guarantee employment outcomes.

Never pay money to apply for a job. If you see a fraudulent listing, report it to teambelongix@gmail.com immediately.

🤖 Bexi AI

Bexi AI is powered by Claude (Anthropic) and provides general career guidance. It is not a licensed financial, legal, or HR advisor.

• AI responses may contain errors — always verify important decisions
• Do not share sensitive personal information (Aadhaar, PAN, bank details) with Bexi AI
• Salary data is based on market research and may not reflect your exact situation

🧑‍🏫 Mentor Sessions

Mentors on Belongix are independent professionals, not Belongix employees. Belongix facilitates connections but is not responsible for the advice given in mentor sessions.

• Pro plan: 2 sessions/month included
• Premium plan: 5 sessions/month included
• Unused sessions do not roll over to the next month
• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited

💳 Payments & Refunds

Plans: Pro (₹499/month or ₹4,999/year), Premium (₹999/month or ₹9,999/year).

Billing: Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Cancel anytime from Settings.

Refunds: We offer a 7-day refund for first-time subscribers if you are not satisfied. Email teambelongix@gmail.com within 7 days of payment.

No refunds for partial months, unused mentor sessions, or if account was suspended for policy violations.

Payments are processed by Razorpay and subject to their terms.

All content on Belongix — including the platform design, Bexi AI, course content, and salary data — is owned by Belongix and protected by Indian copyright law.

Your profile data and posts remain yours. By posting on Belongix, you grant us a licence to display your content on the platform.

You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute Belongix content without written permission.

⚖️ Limitation of Liability

Belongix is provided "as is". We are not liable for:

• Job offers that do not materialise
• Accuracy of third-party job listings
• Career decisions made based on Bexi AI advice
• Loss of data due to technical failures
• Actions of mentors during sessions

Our maximum liability to you is the amount you paid to Belongix in the last 3 months.

🔚 Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account or by emailing us.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on severity.

On termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days except where required by law (e.g. payment records).

📝 Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as Belongix grows. We will notify you 14 days before significant changes via email and an in-app banner. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
